Overview
We are blessed to live on one of the most beautiful islands in the world. The price we pay is being isolated and unable to take advantage of knowledge and expertise on special needs topics available on the continental U.S. We have only a handful of qualified professionals here on Maui. It is our hope to entice experts from the mainland to come to Maui to teach our individuals, parents, and professionals.

Autism is the third most common developmental disability affecting more than one in every 150 births. Nearly 200 Maui County school-aged children are currently affected by autism alone. Autism Bridges Maui (a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization) sponsors the Autism/PDD Family Support Group. Our goal is to help families affected by autism, PDD-NOS, and other neurological disorders that are all puzzling and complex. All funds we raise go towards education for families, transportation scholarships, fun family-oriented sponsored events, general awareness within the community, and much more.
Any donation of support is welcomed and greatly appreciated. Your donation is tax deductible.

Past Successes
Autism Bridges Pizza Night Fundraisers have been a fun way to enjoy Pizza with friends and family, and help out at the same time. All Hawaii orders on Pizza Night fundraisers benefit Autism Bridges Maui.
Wailea Marriott Resort and Spa and Capricorn Events teamed up in November 2007 to raise money for Autism awareness. Together they donated a percentage of their admission fee from their luau to Autism Bridges Maui. Marriott Maui Ocean Club matched that donation amount. We acknowledge their generosity and support to our community.
